    The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were delightful.
    Our bathroom wasn't very clean. It was like workmen had been in and nothing was cleaned up afterward. Mud on the toilet handle and on the rim of the bathtub. White powder on the floor (like from sanding). There was a PER DAY charge for pets and it was $30 per pet. We had two dogs with us. It added $120 to our bill. The website said $15 per pet with no mention of per day charge. When I objected (and I had to argue and pull up the website) it was reduced to $60. But I've never been charged per day anywhere before. Other guests were smoking marijuana in the facility and it smelled VERY strongly of pot in the hallways and seeped into our room. I went to the front desk to complain. I had underage children with me. They said they would take care of it. Over the next hour, I didn't see them taking any steps to clear out the smell (doors opened, fans running). I took my family out of the hotel for a couple of hours, even though people wanted to nap, to give it a chance to clear the smell. And they called themselves a pet friendly facility, however there wasn't anywhere to actually take your pets out to relieve themselves except the grass strip next to the very busy road. Not very friendly at all. I was extremely disappointed.

    Awesome staff!!!
    Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good with a great selection. It's about a 7 minute drive to downtown Bend from here.
