The Cosmopolitan Hotel is a hidden gem within walking distance of the airport. Guests were impressed by the spacious rooms, stylish furnishings, and attractive bathrooms equipped with tea and coffee (Read More)facilities. The hotel is a short drive from the historical center and offers an excellent breakfast with various bakery options. Reviewers appreciated the clean rooms, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere despite nearby traffic. Guests couldn't find a better value for their money and praised the helpfulness of the front office staff. They plan to return in the future.

I got not sleep!

My electricity was shut off in the middle of the night. I had to find the bathroom In the dark and jammed my foot into the door. I had to find clothes in the dark to go downstairs to well the front desk staff who then magically turned on my electricity. I didnt go back to sleep because I had to wake up at 4:00am so I didnt get any rest. This was my second visit to your hotel. Love the place but very disappointed . I will be a regular customer because I bought a house in Lucca and need to leave each time on the 6:30am flight to Frankfurt. Maybe you can offer me a discount for my next visit in May?

Perfect for what I needed.

I had to leave at 4:30 am, so, I didnt have breakfast. The front desk person made me a cappuccino and helped me with my bags. The taxi arrived as planned and I made it to the airport on time.

Carpet in bedroom needs cleaning.

Great hotel close to the airport

Proximity to airport. About a 5 min drive (depending on traffic and how many turns you miss!) Free parking. Staff was very nice. Room was comfortable. A few restaurants/bars close by.

Shower was small, but typical of Europe.
