Superb

Beautiful hotel with amazing views,but dont have expectation from management to fulfill requirement

The overall experience at Corinthia was excellent. We really enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere from Lobby and bar with high- end facilities and arrangements. Our room was situated at the 20th floor with amazing view over the city. Room was cleaned every day, smelled like clean around the hallways and in room and the beds were very comfortable, large and different types of pillows were available which I really enjoyed. Breakfast was good, with a lot of food varieties.

Here comes the part that bothered me the most. As I am a frequent traveler with a Genius 2 Booking program I have different discounts or upgrades on different type of rooms. I chose this hotel because it presented a New Years Eve offer with party until 2 AM in comparison to other hotels closer to downtown. As I do everytime when I stay in a high building hotel, I request prior my arrival a room on a high floor. On this time, because my frequent travel status, Booking offered me a room on an upper level. When I sent an email before my arrival just to make sure that they reserved our room on a high floor, they said that this kind of room exists only between 4th and 8th floor. I replied them showing a printscreen with what type of room Booking has provided me saying clearly that it will be on upper floor. After that, I received an email that said they make an arrangement to have our room at 20th floor. So, regarding this situation, I consider that management should pay more attention on this kind of negative situations that includes lies because lowers confidence level of Corinthia Group.

The views from the spa/pool area are incredible

The rooms are dated; the drains in the showers do not work well. The food in the executive lounge was disappointing (soggy sandwiches).

Very gorgeous, high end hotel. The room was nice, with a huge comfortable bed and also had bath robes. It's definitely a very upscale place.

The parking area is pretty tight. Luckily there weren't any cars coming in the opposite direction when I left, but if someone did come it would have been very awkward.

Very good

Perfect location for a relaxing visit of Prague.

The location is amazing, just in front of the Metro station. Great view from each floor. The personnel is really friendly and helpful. The room was also really nice and comfy. They changed our bed after my request, which was really kind of them.

The bathroom could have been in better shape, it was a little old fashioned. The pool water in the spa was cold.

Amazing view of Prague!!!!

We booked this hotel because we thought the swimming pool is included in the price, well it wasnt, they want to charge you approximately extra 20 Euros per Person for 2 hours. We were disappointed otherwise we enjoyed the time in the hotel.

Nice opportunity to enjoy life with perfect view on Prague

It looks like typical hotel from the movie, nothing extraordinary, but sometimes it is exactly what you need. And we took executive (or exclusive) package with lounge and spa and it was genuinely right decision, they offer unlimited wine and snacks in the lounge. From the spa there is really nice panoramic view all over the Prague, and from room there is nice view as well. Breakfasts were really good, big variety of everything, fruits, bakery and so on. For us it was enough.

Spa zone isnt so big, and on our first attempt in the evening it was completely packed, and there is no reservation, so you have to consider it. Last hour of breakfast is also rush hour and a bit crowded, but in general it was ok. TV in the room failed to connect to my laptop, but also not a big trouble.

Location was very convenient since the train station is opposite the hotel Breakfast variation was ok but same food daily

Overpriced, room very dusty, hair everywhere and not clean. Even though youre a guest, they still charge you daily for the parking which is around 25 per day Food was overpriced as well

Very good

We had a good stay, the restaurant was good even the spa and wellness, really near at the metro station so its well connected at the center we hope to come back soon.

We had a problem for the room service, i think the phone was broken sadly we didnt have enough time to ask the reception to solve the problem.
