The Congress & Wellness Hotel Olsanka is well-located and close to the city, with a tram stop in front. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping staff is good and friendly. However, there is a lack o (Read More)f enthusiasm and service from the front desk staff. Other hotel employees, such as those at the souvenir shop and the restaurant, are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is average with a lack of fresh fruits and salads, and there may be a wait for a table in a loud atmosphere. Overall, the hotel is great with beautiful rooms and a convenient location.

Very good

I was a little concerned that the hotel was not in the centre and within a comfortable walk to the action. However, the team stop is directly outside and transport links to access everything we needed was easy to use and efficient. We booked a triple room and I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were 2 separate rooms within our private space.

The room was a bit tiered looking. However given the price paid I can accept this. It would have been nice to have hot drink making fascilities.

1.the convenience of getting to the city center quickly 2. Spacious rooms

The quality of breakfast was average. Some employees were rude. A young cleaner was really rude..she entered the same elevator as us and she was making ironic gestures/ faces because I pressed the wrong floor button!

I like the location wasn't too far from city centre only 4 by uber.

Didn't like the receptionist staff, not very welcoming and housekeeping ladies didn't speak Czech language neither English.

Awesome connections into the city--it didn't say on booking.com, but there's a tram station *immediately* in front of the entrance. Groceries and breakfast in walking distance. Quite spacious for the price!

Some things in the room weren't in tip-top shape, for example a missing handle on the shower door, a few things like that. Everything was perfectly functional though.

Nice hotel

Spacious rooms, the suite was very clean and well-fitted, with an office desk n each room, coffee table and enough space for clothes.

A bit far from.the city center. The receptionists a little more knowledgeable about the means of transport to the main sights of the city. More spacious toilet.
