Good

It was a lovely relaxed break with convenient options for dining out.

The apartment had everything that we required. The rooms were fairly sized and clean. The bathrooms were small but suitable. The actual buildings need some updating as it is all quite dated. The indoor pool was fantastic. Lovely Spa - enjoyed the option to book the sauna and steam room for a private session.

I was not aware that we would have to bring our own beach towels - it would be convenient to offer beach towels to guests. The beach area did not have any shaded areas - rental on beach umbrellas or shades would be helpful.

Average unit at Club Mykonos

Great restaurants and beaches. Most on site facilities were satisfactory.

Room was advertised with an oven, however there was only a rusty hob. Sink plumbing leaking into cupboard. Shower bath not draining quickly enough, so standing in water. Main bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. Photos of actual room and balcony are misleading and not representative of the unit.

Superb

We absolutely love this place, it is perfect for parents with kids between 4 and 10years old.

Loved the new TukTuk rides to assist in the distances from the shops, beach and appartments. Love all the kids activities. Oceanis restaurant is the best.

The view from our apartment can be much better if trees are trimmed. The hotwater pool was dirty and full of strange feeling things at the bottom. At the swimming pool by the beach, there could definitely be more chairs and shade nets.

A nice family activity vacation, just dont expect peace and quiet

The property was clean. The staff were friendly and always available to fix anything that required it. There are lots of activities for the whole family. We did miniature golf, donkey rides, play grounds, the carnival rides, swimming indoor and beach.

I wish I knew the apartment was on the top floor when booking. I would have rather opted for a ground floor apartment. Also, it was extremely noisy and it didnt seem like the other patrons follow the rules. It also wasnt governed, so people were partying and banging all night even during load shedding.

Disappointing

If the two ladies at reception were more helpful&the security not so rude , it would've been amazing

The location of the unit was nice and it was clean and the view was amazing

The kitchen cupboards were broken there was no oven , the two ladies at reception were rude ,the head of security(so he said) was rude and tried to hit me the Thursday night while forcefully coming into our unit

Very good

We like everything the resort had to offer

Before booking pictures of the unit showed a ground floor balcony. This was totally misleading as it was the top floor unit with a balcony. Having small kids this became a hazard on the balcony and they had to stay inside. Please remove all reference to ground floor and mention it is a top floor unit.

That family was split. Bad decision using booking.com instead of booking directly with Mykonos. Was very disappointed I mentioned in my booking to put everyone together. I phoned on several occasions and no one made contact to assist the person that one day answered couldn't help at all

Club Mykanos

Children programmes were good Enjoyed the fireworks Restaurants were in walking distances. Rooms were cleaned everyday Beds were somewhat comfortable

Some of the staff were not friendly at all! Fridge is way too small to spend the entire week. It would be nice if the resort could hire out umbrellas on the beach. If some of the outside pools were heated. You can use solar panels for the outside pools to keep it warm and enjoyable Lounge furniture was uncomfortable after long day The carnival tickets were way too expensive for what was offered

Lots of activities for kids of all ages. On-site spa. On-site funfair.

Allowed fishing areas are not well demarcated. No permanent halaal food outlets on site. No archery on-site as advertised. The maze is only suitable for kids and should not be advertised for adults as well. A larger area should be demarcated for the pirate treasure hunt.
