Conveniently priced hotel close to city centre

Booked it for a place to stay to get ready for a city centre wedding and overnight stay. Nice rooms, good showers, good wifi, nice room service menu. Hotel is around 3kms from the city centre so attractively priced.

Professionally managed boutique hotel with nice outside view. Good for individuals or family accommodation.

Clean room with good outside view . Decor was nicely done befitting a boutique hotel.

The business room was not functional. Guest Lift stopped in between and we had to take another service lift to reach our room. Staff could be more prompt when a request is made for water etc.

very good - but problematic when you need a third bed

Very friendly service; wonderful breakfast buffet, good food in general; good location in Colombo for exploring the city. We also had a nice room, because we booked extra sea view.

The only significant minus point: We had booked a triple room as our daughter was with us. However, the advertised third bed was just a rickety cot - very, very uncomfortable. It took a lot of effort to get it right. The hotel urgently needs to improve this!
