The Chattanooga Marriott Downtown received exceptional service reviews, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, updated, and comfortable. The only flaw mentio (Read More)ned was a broken bathroom door, but overall the stay was highly recommended. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff provided excellent service during a convention. While the hotel was considered good, it was not exceptional compared to other Marriott locations.

Would definitely stay again

We always love the rooms at Marriott. The beds are always so comfortable The food was fantastic. I had a burger and it was fantastic

There was a musician in the bar/ restaurant He was very loud. Ok for a bar but this was the only restaurant for that it was too loud.

The plugs in my room were not working, the water was not hot, the bed was made very messy and rushed.

It was only one night, and I would probably do it again

Very convenient to the convention center

Its an older property and you can tell. The parking garage was pretty tight for parking a full size pickup, the shower/tub combo is not what you would expect when paying close to $400/ night. Lots of little things like that.
