The Chalet Inn offers clean and comfortable rooms with a spa tub that can fit two. The view is nice and it's a short walk into town. The inn is located on a hill and some guests found it a bit challe (Read More)nging to climb. The rooms are spacious with a fireplace, separate sleeping area, and TV. The bathroom layout could be improved. The location is convenient for accessing nearby attractions and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance, including Bennett's Pit BBQ.

All in all a good place to stay for the reason why we we there this time. To celebrate the New Year

Location was great!

Econo Lodge has put some upgrades into the Inn but because of the age of the Inn it definitely could use more improvements.

Superb

Great view and clean rooms and close to everything

View was nice and rooms were clean! Great location, right off the main strip in Gatlinburg. We walked to the strip and back no problem.

Check in staff member seemed upset or done with the day when we walked in but by the end of our check in, she was fine

Good breakfast, nice location.

The lady that checked us in wasnt very friendly or helpful. We asked for additional blankets and instead of calling someone to bring us some she had us go to the housekeeping room and knock. No one was there do we didnt get the blankets. We requested the blankets again during the morning shift change and they c as me right away.

Location

Was given the wrong room type. Dingy sheets. Wood in entry way rotted. Cement on patio cracked and chopping. Heater made loud noise and couldnt sleep well. Handicap shower. The photos online showed a nice room and good condition furniture, but that is not the case.

Under construction, expensive, bathroom freezing cold, no breakfast, no coffee, no reception area, had to drive to a different hotel for check in and check out, construction mess made it hard to park because there was steel wires everywhere, room was very outdated, thin walls and could hear other guests the entire stay.

Will definitely be back.

The only thing about the hoe place was the water pressure. Getting a shower . And also the breakfast could Have been at our hotel instead of another hotel. The beds are very comfortable. I will definitely be Back next year's. Great place to stay

Needs remodeled . No outlet for the coffee maker. We drove 2.5 hrs arrived before check in and needed to use the bath room. Staff wouldn't let us use one. Once we arrived at the inn a sign on the door directed us back down the road to another motel to check in. We will not be staying there again.

I would probably stay again only if it was for a night. I wouldn't stay longer than that.

The staff was amazing and so friendly. They had upgraded us and allowed us to check in a little early.

The rooms were outdated and as we were walking to our room it looked as if we were walking into a closet door. The bed was very uncomfortable and right after we went to sleep we hear this horrible gurgling noise. We wake up to find the sinks were backing up. We called down and someone came up and said they would check it the next day. We only stayed one night so hopefully they got it fixed for the next group. Everything just really needs to be updated especially for the price. I thought with taxes and everything $140 was a lot.
