Good

Aesthetically it was beautiful, spacious and great location. Staff was very helpful especially as our sons got very sick.

Cleanliness was definitely lacking and the place is a bit tired.

A favourite in Bali! We will be back.

This was the second time I'd stayed at Castaway and it was a dream, once again! The staff are so lovely and organised snorkelling, boat trips and motorbike hire for us, the breakfast on our front porch every morning was excellent and convenient and the beautiful design of the villas was great. The location is also perfect, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and a short walk from beaches. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Overall was a good experience, and would stay again.

Great location, the staff were attentive and great service. Nothing was a problem for them. Pool was excellent. Nice quite location during the day.

Of an evening across the road, had a band that played until around 10pm at night, so was a little noisy. Room could have been cleaner, alot of dirt and stuff behind the bed and side tables.

A little piece of paradise

I met Gidday, apologies if Ive misspelled his name, at reception with a welcome drink and a big smile, location is about a 5 minute walk up from the beach where the ferry dropped me. Small with a luxury feel, a lovely chilled atmosphere and excellent staff.

Awesome stay so beautiful and helpful staff with all your needs and booking activities. Breakfast was nice to get your day started. Very close to everything and too mushroom beach. Would recommend 100%

No coffee at the hotel but short 1min walk to mushroom coffee
