Accommodating after losing our reservation but parking inconvenient

Beautiful with great location

Parking and unloading luggage was cumbersome. Took forever to get to back of hotel with the car to unload then couldnt stay there but had to park a few blocks away

Adorable comfortable inn. Perfect location. Would love to come back in warmer weather.

Room (suite) was adorable. Rm 6. Decor was excellent. Bed comfortable. Terrace outside room moldy from weather. Should be cleaned up. Shower floor not sloped to allow water to drain. Bartender on Christmas Eve was excellent. Breakfast was a little undercooked. Waitstaff needs to be managed better.

Great way of spending Christmas

Great location, but the room really needs some TLC.

The room we stayed in (#11) was in dire need of some upkeep. Realize this is an old building, but for the prices charged, a little updating would go a long way. Our sink had come away from the wall and was loose, the baseboards definitely needed painting, some wall shelving in the bathroom was needed to place personal items, the room was way too cramped with furniture, so it made it hard to move around, etc. We were only there one night, so not too big of a deal, but doubt we would stay there again as it is a really tired place. It can be old, but still could use some TLC.

Fantastic breakfast & location . We stayed in apartment #29 at the Casablanca Inn. Dined at their restaurant , Neros Waterfront Cafe. Food is delicious & food vouchers are great! The room was decent & was a great location. We were in walking distance from everything. The trolley ride was great for seeing all the historical sights.

The room had a few issues. The blind over the door was broken & didnt cover the window. It cost almost $400/night. It was small, but okay for 2 days. AC didnt cool too well & water in shower was comfortably warm, but not hot. I enjoyed the little sitting area on our deck & in the secret garden below our room. The historical district was overcrowded & overbooked, & WiFi wouldnt work. Cramped parking area, but was convenient & safe.
