- Studio is well maintained, spacious, clean, and does smell fresh. - The owner and receptionists are friendly and helpful - Modern equipment with smart tv, fridge, hair dryer,... - Great location - Quiet area

Superb

Big room and clean. Even offer free wash machine. It was very helpful while traveling. The location is well, near by has lots of good Spa and local restaurants. And go to the beach only few minutes walk.

The mortocycle some of then are quiet old. But the hotel offers good price for rent. Need to be careful to check which one fit you to drive. Our first day that motorcycle was three times stoped on the big street, it was very dangerous.

Nicest owner we experienced on our 5 weeks trip to Asia:) The room was comfortable, the staff were really cute and the location is perfect! The owner helped us with the A/C even though it was 11PM.

The A/C but it got quickly fixed;)

Casa Rosa is the best place to stay while visiting Da Nang. The studio was just what I needed, clean, comfortable and convenient. Jane and Mia at the front desk and the janitor/cleaner (not sure of his name) were all amazing. Mia in particular was really friendly, chatty and always had a smile on her face, it all helped to make Casa Rosa feel like a home away from home. I will be back!

Very confortable , calme place, neighborhood are local people not only tourists, and we are only few steps from the beach.

Accomodation was actually perfect, host we're amazing, rooms was huge, had a kitchen, super clean!

Reasonably easy enough, there's a number outside to call if it's locked. Host live there so came up to get me straight away.

Large, clean and modern rooms. Good value for money.

Large, clean and comfortable room. Large, modern bathroom - which you don't always get in Asia. Located down a quiet side street, but still close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Secure motorbike parking - bikes are brought inside the building at night.
