Superb

Quiet place. Comfortable room. Great shower, ensuite. Had a bar fridge in the room. Communal kitchen was handy. Excellent location for train connections. Easy to get to from the airport.

Very good

Great view of the city from the room, (Chiado). Generally clean, with friendly staff.

Generally all fine but there is a pervasive smell of perhaps mold.

Superb

Our stay for 3 nights was very comfortable. Location is good nearby public transport, restaurant & super market. The staff was super cooperative especially David. We loved it.

Nice place, but not for royalty ;)

Great ac. Near the metro. Nice staff.

The bed and pillows were very hard. The walls are thin, so you hear all the other guests.

The location was really good with a nice view of Lisbon and also the room was pretty clean.

We couldn't turn on the heat and it was pretty cold in the room.

The staff is nice. Its close to metro station.

The elevator is out of order when we left. So, we need to carry our luggages down for 5 floors.

Great stay

Very good location, the rooms are in old building but with nice atmosphere and decorations. The room is basic but I had everything I needed for a short stay. There is a kitchen the guests can use. Location is great, very close to metro. Stuff is very friendly.
