Great location, steps from Accademia bridge, and to St Marks Square

Its central to the main sites - a few steps from St Marks square, museums, shops. At the same time, its a quiet, secluded area. I also like that its close to the vaporetti stops. I think it is great value for the money. You can use the common areas for reading (they have a study.library area). The staff is extremely helpful and will give you excellent advice on things to see/do and how to get there. Its more of a student accommodation. You have excellent wifi but the rooms are just the bed, desk, chair and bathroom - nothing fancy and no TV in the room. The rooftop patio is nice, for an evening relax with friends.

The walls arent soundproof depending on which room you have, youll hear the elevator noise and sounds coming from other rooms (loud voices, music, phone alarms/ringing, etc.)

Venezia ha gli piu bei palazzi al mondo. Sono contenta che la cittanon e cosi affollata come prima.

I came before 14 hours, my room was available, good. But I seriously had to use the toilette when arriving. The guy at the desk would not let me use the toilette, till I had paid him 6 tourist fee, although my room had been prepaid in beforehand. When I protested, he said I could leave the hotel if I didn^t pay the 6 immediately. There was no question of my not paying at all. My room was cleaned once, not the second day, although I had said I wanted cleaning. That you have to say you want cleaning is for my experience very strange in the hotel business. People in public office in Venice like to behave authoritairian, like teachers oder eldars. They are always telling you what you have to do! Venice was extremely clean, no wast, no cigarette butts, but also waist bins are missing everywhere.

The hotel surroundings were very quiet and peaceful, nevertheless, the most popular sightseeing places are within a 25 min walk. Highly recommend this place.

Superb

It was a nice and cosy place to stay. People at the reception were very helpful and were good with local suggestions. The breakfast was modest and filling. The terrace is very beautiful with a view of the basilica Santa Maria. I would strongly recommend this place.

A good choice. Next time I will request a fan and hope that one is available!

Hosts were excellent. Breakfast was excellent.

Room was very hot and no way of cooling. Mosquitos were bothersome. Suggest a small electric fan be available in room.

Really enjoyed Venice and our stay at Casa Accademia. Would stay here again.

Instructions provided to direct us to the property were so useful and made our arrival much easier. The staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were clean as was the shower room, good hairdryer with shampoo provided. Breakfast had a great selection of options from breads/ pastries to cereals, cold meats and cheese along with various hot drink choices. Honestly could not fault our stay. Thank you.

Very good

Venice is beautiful and the hotel let me enjoy it to the fullest.

Great recommendations at the reception and the hosts were really warm. It is a basic breakfast buffet with cold cuts, breads, muesli and croissants available along with two options for juices and a coffee machine with almost 10 options for the usual drinks. The terrace was super nice and would have been used even more if the weather was nicer. Overall in a quiet location and definitely a good deal for the price.

The beds were a little uncomfortable. I had a single bed but it had a cot like feel where I constantly felt that I was going to fall if I lean too much towards the edge.
