Comfortable Stay with family

Great and spacious room, perfect for a family with 2 kids. Very new, equipped with a small kitchenette and a seating area. The location is within walking distance to Messe Hall 3 and Skyline Plaza Mall.

Unfortunately, only after multiple requests were we provided with extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed, as well as towels. Despite the reservation being for four people, this was explicitly noted in the booking. On the second day, the two extra towels were taken away, leaving us with only two for the four of us.

Excellent stay at Capri

Superb clean hotel, excellent staff especially Ms Parvathi from the front office deserves a special mention for her amazing hospitality. Very near to Messe and walkable distance

Breakfast could have more options and also the re-filling time needs to be improved. Some items get over and are not re-filled.

great place with some excellent staff and some others which should be monitored better!

great room , great bed, stylish decor, great gym The woman who checked me in did a lot of effort to give me the room i preferred, which was really appreciated great price quality and ideal location

i was double charged! i did not give the property the right to take money of my card (pay at the property) yet i was charged double. when i complained they told me that they reversed the 'hold' which was not true. and it took almost 2 weeks more to get the money on my account and even then they gave me 1 .8 euro less than they ook without permission! i stayed in this hotel many times and gave them always 10/10 but this is really not ok! because of this this (and a hacker which sole 700 dol of my creditcard) my creditvcard was overdue. and if i did not have coincidentally an extra card i would have been stranded in the middle of my europe tour and unable to go home. on top of that many of my authorized payments could not go through anymore and i have to pay them extra! (telephone memberships etc) . I don t think they realized what consequences such things can have and then to give me even LESS tHAN THEY TOOK (after me having to run and mail after them several times) is really upsetting!
