Disappointing

Ive been at better places, for sure.

Location, clean room and linens

EV chargers dont work and staff just shrugged when I reported that; blackout curtains have big holes.

Good

The staff was helpful and the bed was comfortable.

The location was good, close to the exit and entrance to I84, and the proximity to downtown Boise and the Greenbelt was just right for me, not too close and not too far.

The room I was given had a funky odor. It was clean but it held on to someone elses extended stay. The bathroom had a stand alone sink. There was no countertop to put my items on. Two skinny shelves on the wall held amenities, but there wasnt any room to put personal toiletries. I was given an ADA room. The other rooms might have counter space.

Comfortable.

I didnt pack toiletries assuming they had them. But they had only soap. I needed lotion and shower cap.

Superb

I am a repeat customer, so that says it all.

I l ove the kitchenette style hotel room. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The location is perfect for shopping, eating out, and entertainment.
