The rooms in the hotel are great design. Every single detail is very good quality. The breakfast is also very good. All concept is nice for relax but.. we had to wait for the meals very quite long time and even for fried bananas dessert 25 minutes. This hotel is in the same group like Mekong Delta Lodge which was more private.
The water in the pool is cloudy. There was quite a lot of guest, not enough sun beds on the pool. At the evening we had to order drinks in reception instead of pool bar during the pleasing hours.

Room was beautiful, incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. Resort is stunning, very peaceful, lush palms and lovely setting. Great location for visiting the floating market which was on the doorstep.
The food was disappointing and expensive by Vietnam standards. Service was slow and the pool and room was not particularly clean.

Gorgeous resort with everything you need. Loved our short stay.
Lots of mozzies but I guess thats to be expected from the weather. Would be nice to have mosquito nets over the bed at night.

The pool the room and food were nice but too big portions The bike tour was really cool we liked it The room is very spacious and comfortable
Breakfast could be improved with more fresh fruits and homemade jam! The room check in is at 2 pm so would be great to have a changing room if you want to enjoy the pool ( toilets are not that nice and convenient to change)

Just perfect.
I loved everything. The location - away from the noisy city in a oasis of green plants, banana and jackfruit trees. The pool is great, with childrens area, with hot mineral water and one just perfect for swimming. The rooms are really big and the bathroom is huge. All sparkling clean. The restaurant servers delicious food, no need to go out in the city to eat. Breakfast has plenty of options. We booked a tour in Mekong Delta with a private guide and we were surprised that the resort is near the river so the boat took us from there.

The staff were rude, nothing was complimentary felt like they were trying to make money on us. Did not take care when we made requests for assistance. Food terrible quality for price you pay.

Highly recommended
The room was so big, we loved the enormous space. Even the bathroom was beautiful. We loved the materials in the room, it is all about sustainability. Breakfast buffet was wow. We are foodies and loved to see the variaty of choices. Bar at swimming pool isn't open all day. So maybe some consideration to do it differently. The location is only a good 15 minutes drive from and to town. So no problems with noisy tourists and/or locals. The reception is always standby to help. Tip: download the Grab app so you can arrange your taxi form town to hotel.
Half of the staff were bad with English but hey, hip hip hooray to Google Translate. The tour which was organised was not what we expected. We had better organised tours. The guide Vincent though was nice but still has learning curves, his skills can be refined. We had no safe in room 701 but our friendly neighbour gave us his, cause he didn't need it. Before guests check in their room, you should let the staff double check if all is complete.
