The Cambria Hotel Milwaukee Downtown has a great location, easily accessible from the interstate. It offers on-site parking for $25/night, but there is a cheaper parking garage next door. The hotel i (Read More)s conveniently close to the Milwaukee Public Market (0.25 miles away) and Fiserv Forum (0.75 miles away). Guests found the walks manageable even in winter.

Poor customer service

The location that is it

Staff didn't know what they were doing. Was told the pool was open after calling ahead to book and asknif it was and showed up 40bmin later. Wasn't able to hook up kids Xbox to their TVs and was told by one staff member it's was block and by another that he was lying. Cable didn't work on one room. No shampoo or soap called and asked for more and no one ever brought any. Would never stay at a Cambria again.

It was fine, but probably wouldn't stay there again.

Location and price are really good.

The hotel has a weird perfumey smell coming through the vents in places that I really did not like. Also, my bed had no comforter on it and when I got one it was very thin and I edned up being really cold all night.

Location and parking situation was easy. Price was great. Lobby was pretty but didnt spend time in it since at was always closed and no breakfast was provided.

The sign at front desk stated there was breakfast offered on Sunday and there was not. The HVAC system in the room was very loud. Some hairs found in comforter bed. Stains on small bed pillow. Needed to go to the desk and ask for silverware because no one was able to answer the phone for room service (~9pm).

The hotel was clean and very moder, It was ideal for the railway station. All the staff made us feel welcome , even giving us recommendations for us to eat, which we did and places to visit during our short time at the hotel. Room was excellent and nice and warm, and we were very well looked after. Special mention has to go to the staff who all went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of staying in Milwaukee.
