Good

overall it was a good experience in this price.

Hotel Location was very good. Front desk staff was also nice. Casino , Housekeeping and Customer service gets the most point.

View from room was very ugly and on the booking i selected the room with city view but at the check in the room i got was very basic.

Not sure we will come back

Our room was fabulous. Clean and comfy. The maintenance, housekeeping and parking attendants were so nice.

Hated that restaurants were closed mid week and reservations needed FOR BREAKFAST !! And any time we wanted to get food. Lack of common area seating. Need better mapping. Front desk ppl were horrible. Not nice. Rude in fact. Not enough information in rooms to choose places to go and do Mortons was fantastic food and service.

My wife and I went to a concert at the boardwalk hall, and the location of the hotel was perfect. It was only a 5-minute walk, and we were right there .

Disappointing

Extremely disappointing for Ceasars

Not much besides friendly staff and location

No toothbrush, no slippers, no shower gel! Not even water there was literally nothing in the room. As well as that room ordered for 3 adults had space of only 2 and had to get additional room. Overall there are way more things to dislike than to like
