Very good

The location is really perfect, just 3 min.to piazza San Marco in a quiet narrow street. The room was very clean except the hot water cattle. You can leave your luggage after checkout and come back later to pick it up.

We received a room different from the one we chose. There weren't soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The hot water cattle was dirty - filled with old coffee. When we booked a city tax was included but they demanded and we payed extra 4 euro pro person.

In Venice like a Venetian

Location overwrites anything about the accomodation. 5 min walk from San Marco square, public transport to Airports 10 min walk. Direct view from window to channel is priceless. Friendly host with clear and quick communication via Whatsapp. Clean and spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen fast internet.

We loved our stay in Anzola Palace. It was very comfortable and clean and well maintained. A few metres from the canal where the gondolas pass by and convenient to San Marcos sq.

The location was perfect and communication with the host was good as to how to get in and recommendations.

I can only comment on Room 9 at the top of the building. On arrival after climbing 65 stairs, the last set very steep with a wobbly bannister I was locked out of my room. The guests from the other room had checked into mine and then locked it and left. This was sorted when they returned and found me on the bottom of the stairs. There was no view and the bathroom was very small. The toilet seat lid needed to be held as it would not stay up. The bed was very hard.

Location was good.

The bed sheets/ blanket had something which gave me itching to the body. Unfortunately, had to sleep that way as i didn't have my own blankets. I suspect they weren't clean as they should be. I would not recommend this place. It has potential to be a better place but first needs better management. Zero contact with the owner after check in. I asked a question about iron box, zero response.Upon entry management said, we gave you free upgrade which does not make sense as my booking was already double room. During checkout no communication again.As soon as we left the place, outside the door suddenly a man comes in asking our room no, and that he is the owner. Person who we had never met.

Nice place to stay. Clean apartment good shape. From central station 25-30 min walk. On the way a lot to see, also restaurants, shops.

We liked the location of the apartment and the responsiveness of the host.

The room was located on the 5th floor with no elevator and uncomfortable stairs. So it was really hard to carry luggage upstairs. Not only the room was small but also the bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable.
