Highly recommend

How quiet the location was. How efficient the response is. The spacious and cleanliness of the room especially for its price. The effects of led lights in bathroom were cool. The smell of shampoo/bath gel was very nice.

The bed was too soft and low.

Warm snd efficient

The large room was warm and there is well heated towel rack in the batroom - priceless for winter Venice. There are also slippers, teakettle, silent "minibar" freezer not preloaded by idiotic set of useless products but empty, plus complimentart snacks water and camomilla tea. Powerful hot shower. Silent area. Good wifi. Reception is in touch through Whatsup. Good quality TV

Location is at least 2 turns too far from perfection - KEEP THE MAP WITH MARKED TURNS PROVIDED BY RECEPRION, even if you very familiar with Venice and use GoogleMaps! They have 2 locations with same name, 2 different entrances into same building. I suppose description on Booking "all rooms are located on ground floor" is related to first stage left entrance. My experience related to 2nd stage there no rooms on ground floor there my room was located on 1st floor. Room-to-room and room-to-stairway soundinsulation was weak, but that property is too expensive for school groups and parties of students, all guests ans staff was quiet well mannered no any problems from noise. I suppose there is no communal kitchen area with microwave and breakfast served in Ca D'Oro which is not so close, you can reach early coffeshops on F.te Nove with great view or on that the route between Rialto and Ferrovia. To summurize, that is very efficient property for winter Venice, solid not premium

Our host was wonderful, she waited for us to arrive, even though we were much later than anticipated. She was very accommodating and helped us settle into our room for the night. Very easy directions and communications. Would definitely recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at "Ca de La Fonte" in Cannaregio, Venice, for a vacation, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The room was not only comfortable but also pristine. The amenities provided were comprehensive, ranging from toiletries to slippers, ensuring a delightful and convenient stay. The room's warmth and the daily cleaning service added an extra layer of comfort. During our stay, we encountered a minor issue with the heating, but the matter was promptly and efficiently resolved. The professionalism and responsiveness of the staff, particularly the receptionist (located in another hotel), left a lasting positive impression. His kindness and helpful guidance to our building were much appreciated. The hotel's location proved to be incredibly convenient. Nestled in the heart of Cannaregio, it offered proximity to local shops, wine bars, and easy access to the water bus stop, just a short 10-minute stroll away. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers!

Apparently a lot of hotels have the hot issue but the mosquitos were a huge problem.

Good quiet location and clean room. Friendly staff. Great Price.

It was 80 degrees F and they were turning the heat on AC never worked. Electricity only works when the key is in the room which left our room 85+ every night. We were there in October so figured we would open the windows to the garden to cool the room off but then there were 50+ mosquitos in our room immediately. Ended up with over 100 mosquito bites in a 2 night stay.
