Superb

Excellent location for wells and bath with great accommodation and breakfast.

It was excellent and great choices

Entry door to rooms needs to be able to close. Heating should be set before arrival as hard to get correct until end of stay

Welcoming guesthouse, couldnt ask for more

Lovely room, very warm and cosy - biscuits and hot drinks provided daily. Welcoming host, friendly and helpful whilst not being too much! Lovely breakfasts, number of options all available. Handy location for pubs, local towns/attractions and whilst on main-ish road that didnt disturb peace.

Had a very pleasant stay here. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They suggested places to visit. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. You can also purchase freshly made bread to take home with you.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay

The room was very well thought out, to provide maximum convenience and comfort. Excellent breakfast (with home made bread from flour milled on the premises) in light room overlooking garden. Room warm. Friendly and informative hostess.

Beautiful hotel, very spacious room suitable for a wheelchair. Cute Guinea pigs to see. Historical building with waterwheel. Louise was very knowledgeable and can speak on any subject and very flexible at breakfast. Bunk beds were a great attraction for my son who has never seen them before. Great to have a sofa in the room. Also very meticulous about posting back left behind toys. We had a great meal in the pub directly opposite. There were other pubs a short drive away.

Thoroughly recommended: a warm welcome, a great room and a superb breakfast.

A lovely warm welcome, a superb breakfast with loads of choice and delicious food, a spacious and well-appointed room, and a great location for local pubs and easy access to Wells and the surrounding area. Couldn't be better!

Very good

A very relaxing stay.

Louise was a lovely host. She made us very welcome. She suggested some lovely places to visit, which we enjoyed very much. Our room was clean and comfortable, and it was a good base in which to spend a couple of days exploring the local area. We very much enjoyed the breakfast and the different bread which she served. We even took some home! We are defiantly looking to return.

Very comfortable accommodation close to Wells.

We were warmly welcomed to Burcott Mill. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and our room was spacious with a generous shower room nextdoor.

The shower was a bit noisy and you had to be careful of the low beams.

I highly recommend this B and B

Very unusual guest house, the mill was an interesting feature and the Guinea pigs made a great welcoming committee (they live outside lol) lots of parking. Excellent room nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent fresh and local produce and a good selection to choose from.

No complaints at all.
