The Bunk Hotel in Amsterdam offers an amazing experience with compact rooms that are organized perfectly. The atmosphere in the hotel, which is located in an ex-church, is great. The staff is friendl (Read More)y and accommodating, providing extra heaters when requested. The hotel is beautifully decorated and clean, with a delicious and exotic menu at the restaurant. The location is perfect, close to public transportation and attractions. The staff is phenomenal and the hotel offers unique features like live music. Overall, guests had a pleasant stay and would return.

A really cool modern concept, quite enjoyed the rgb lights in our room. Nicely located, not too far from the city, just a 10 minute walk to the ferry and youre basically in the city center. Staff were really nice, appreciated how well everyone spoke English.

The room was veeery compact, just a bed and small bathroom. Would suggest to add some shelves on the walls as there werent very many places to put your smaller belongings. Restaurant was a bit inadequately priced, small portions for a lot of money, tasty but too expensive.

Good hotel, but deceiving response to standard requests

Breakfast with quality ingredients Bedrooms are OK Location is OK

Bad will and bad communication of the staff. I had to ask several times at the reception if I could have the breakfast to take away. The answer was: "I will see what I can do, come back later." After 5 attempts, I had the answer: "it's OK, your takeaway breakfast will be ready tomorrow morning." The day after, the staff didn't know there was a request. Lockers are paid (better to use lockers around the train station)

Superb

An Amsterdam gem so close to the city!

This place is in such a great location and is so warm and cosy. The rooms are super tiny but the downstairs bar area makes up for it. It is lovely sitting downstairs enjoying the atmosphere of this beautifully renovated building. The shower was amazing and the beds were comfy!!

Really like the staffs, super friendly and helpful. Hotel design are really cool, to be honest I really want to stayed here because behind of story from old church and they have purple Dino in lobby. After seeing inside, the rooms are nice too with colourful lamp. Have library and in same floor with lobby, they have bar and restaurant. Luggages room are paid, depends the hour. Have vending machine inside the luggages room.

Overall all good but one thing, the rooms have central AirCon. Actually is working well, but cant switch off. Staffs said, it's mandatory from government in Amsterdam. But for people like me doesn't like winds come during your sleep, is a bit annoying. Is noisy and felt cold. I dont know, for other guest seems not cold, but is cold enough for me, especially stayed in winter.
