Terrible value for money

The room was clean

Poor ventilation and faulty radiator which meant it was unbearably hot and burnt my hand on it, we did not sleep at all and has totally ruined the next day as we will be exhausted, things like that should be working if your paying 200 for one night. Member of staff equally agreed the heat was unbearable but couldnt fix it.

Gem of a find - luxury boutique hotel

Fabulous rooms really warm welcome on arrival and escorted to my room which was really lovely Glass of bubbles every night in reception which was well received Excellent meal in the restaurant could not fault the service here I will be back !

The complementary cakes in the room and glass of prosecco in the bar were a really nice touch which made us feel valued as customers. The staff very helpful booking a taxi for us and sorting things out when the taxi company made an error in the booking. Nothing was too much trouble.
