The rooms were spacious and the resort had nice facilities.

The facilities like Spa & gym were located far from Bella colina village, which was not convinient to reach while walking with kids. Also it took us sometime to find the reception, it is constructed between houses and is small compared to surrounding structure so difficult to locate, our taxi driver had to take multiple rounds to find it. A sign board like for the resturant(La Bistro) will help. A small supermarket within resort will be plus.

Perfect New Years Getaway

Gorgeous peaceful location. Fantastic facilities inside and surrounding the townhouse. 5 min drive to Lagos. Lovely bistro nearby. Clubhouse gym well equipped and spa offers fantastic massages and facials. Would seriously think about buying a place there if I was in the position to do so!

Amazing property, lush green, clean and very well maintained

Amazing property: 1) Vey spacious apartment with all amenities 2) Very clean and very well maintained and a very helpful and professional staff 3) Parking right outside the apartment makes it convenient 4) Good amenities in the complex: gym, spa, golf course, tennis, swimming pool (both indoor and outdoor) 5) If you are in the 2 bedroom apartment then spa access is free of cost, which is a nice plus Would stay here again

Gym and spa while good can be a bit underwhelming if you compare them to the excellent spas in hotels in Switzerland and Germany. However, still quite well maintained and are "good enough" for a nice work out and relaxation

Property is spacious with good facilities

On the 2nd night of our stay, the water supply got cut and none of us could use the washrooms or shower. We mentioned this to the reception who said they were fixing it and would come back with an update. However they disappeared and we couldnt reach them after that. Also the air conditioning wasnt working in 1 bedroom. I complained to the booking.com priority customer service and explained the situation asking for a refund. They tried getting in touch with the property but were unable to get across . Later we got an update on the email saying that the property refuses to compensate for this issue. I find this very disappointing especially when a basic requirement wasnt taken care of and also not taking any responsibility from their side. Till now I havent received a word of apology from their side for this terrible incident. This is their level of customer service.

Beautiful, clean, spacious place for your beach vacation

This was a pleasant surprise to arrive and have such a quiet, spacious place to finish our vacation in Portugal! Clean, spacious, and very nice.

It was a little disappointing to not be able to use the facilities, as we stayed over Christmas. We were really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and sauna, but it was closed.
