The location was excellent, very clean beach. Rooms were clean and had iron, bottled water, safe, etc.

Good but needs to improve

Beachside section was beautiful. Property has lot of greenery.

Wintergreen rooms are in a hostel like block in the corner. Corridors of that block are dirty. No lift to go up. Completely not done. Staff need to be trained. Not aware of what's available or not. At one point there were no lemons available at all for anything!!

We opted for the Beach Front Tent during our stay. The resort is expansive and impeccably maintained, featuring lush green lawns and coconut trees. Divided into two sections, one offers beachfront accommodations, while the other provides garden views. Our room was spacious, boasting a balcony with a stunning beach view. It was tidy and maintained good hygiene standards. Location-wise, the resort offers private beach access and includes several beach shacks facing the shore. With two restaurants on-site, one along the beachfront and another within the property, we enjoyed diverse breakfast options and a dinner selection that included both la carte and buffet choices. The overall taste of the food was delightful. The staff was courteous, although room service was a bit lacking, requiring multiple calls for assistance. In summary, it's an excellent choice for those seeking a getaway from the city, offering a close-to-nature experience.

It was a comfortable stay and would happily go back for a longer stay.

The properties location is excellent as is the size of the property. The rooms are spacious and the beachside areas excellent.

The staff could be a little better trained but the lack of training is made up by the fact that they are well meaning and hospitable.

Good property to stay at but needs a lot of improvements

Location & ambiance of the property was very good.. beach is very good & clean

The room lacked some things, as fridge was not operational, bed side lamp was not operational, door safety latch was broken.. Food quality needs to improve a lot & the service as well
