Lovely place in the city

So clean, nice quiet environment just always lovely to stay at. Always stay here when going on nights out or for easy commutes to work.

Great value for money

The tv and bathroom facilities were phenomenal and extremely clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep and being able to control things via our phones was helpful at times

It could be improved by providing small toiletries (e.g. toothpaste etc) Sometimes the phone control didnt work especially when calling for the loft but when it worked it was great!!

Smart TV not the easiest to use as sometimes controls didn't work properly.

Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff.

The room was lovely, very clean and the bed was comfortable. But the room was smaller than appeared on line.

The distance for breakfast especially that time of year.

Lovely modern hotel

Modern facilities and online check in. Everything controlled from mobile phone. Fast and efficient process from start to finish. Booked for boxing day and was surprised how cheap it was.

Constantly having to log into email to resurrect online facility to control the app for the hotel.
