Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable stay with good bed, clean bathroom and room service.

In an older building so some noisy floorboards are noticeable.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Had a little foyer in our room for coats and boots. Breakfast was excellent! The location was close to downtown Inverness but not noisy (though it was a Sunday night)

The staff was very kind and they gave my girflend prompt help for her injury. Very recommended.

The Roma are very welcoming and super clean and so was the pub below.

If they took measures to reduce the noise from the street I would stay again as its a lovely hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room itself was so clean and comfy and had everything we needed. The bathroom was amazing and the water for the bath roasting which isnt always the case for hotels! Lovely decor and plenty space. Lovely hotel with some top tier snacks!

Only downside was the noise. I know its above and opposite pubs so expected some noise but it was pretty loud for a couple hours in the evening. thankfully it didnt last too late but I hoped that they would have noise cancelling measures in place.

Fantastic place, friendly staff

Really happy to have found this gem. Staff were great, very communicative and friendly. Room was spotless, comfortable the shower fantastic. Great location. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
