The Birka Hotel has a great location, clean rooms, and a friendly reception staff. The beds in the twin room were not the size they were assured to be, but the reception quickly fixed the issue. The (Read More)hotel is centrally located and close to an underground station. The staff keep the hotel very clean and the heated floor in the bathroom is amazing. The breakfast is good with a variety of options. Some guests found their rooms to be small, but still had everything they needed. Overall, the hotel is conveniently located and has good amenities. However, some guests felt the reception staff were not attentive and found their rooms to be gloomy and small.
