Exceptional

I would sum it up as relaxing

The fact that there were no kids and you can just relax everywhere you go in this hotel. I loved how clean it felt. The staff was really friendly and kind.

That the indoor pool was cold, I thought that because it's an inside pool it would be warm, there's also a jacuzzi inside of it, but it was very cold to get in.

Mediocre, not sure why it gets such good reviews.

We had a fun holiday, but not because of the hotel. A few good things... the beaches nearby are stunning. Easy to reach from the airport via direct bus. Beds were comfy. Paella was always available and was delicious- the most edible thing in the hotel. All-inclusive includes quite a variety of drinks and fresh-made cocktails. The fitness teacher was great, and the live entertainment (Motown singers) were fantastic.

Maybe because it was the end of the season (the hotel closed on the day we checked out), but the food was a big disappointment. Poor quality, bland, repetitive... not good enough for this price range. The staff mostly seemed tired & disinterested, and the general vibe of the place was just pretty depressing. Indoor pool in the spa is NOT heated, and just as cold as the outdoor pools. Again- maybe in high season, things are different, but in shoulder season I would not choose this hotel again. We were glad that we only stayed 3 days and not longer.

It is a beautiful, well-designed property. The room was pretty spacious, with a great view, and we enjoyed a show program in the evening. Some staff members we met were nice, helpful and polite. Considering that we've booked with a discounted price, good value for money we paid.

Cleanliness - could be better. Many staff members were super rude and not friendly. On the check-out day housekeeping knocked on the door and entered the room immediately. They left at the same moment but woke us up already. And also were very loud, screaming to each other. We couldn't sleep anymore and it was in general disturbing. Not critical - but SPA facilities could be open longer. They close at 8 pm, which is too early for guests being on vacation.

Luxury Hotel close to the beach for reasonable price!

When we entered the hotel we smelled a wonderful fragrance in the air. The interior design is amazing. Our suite on the third floor was breathtaking. The beach is approx. 5-10 min on foot. Me and my wife are vegetarian and we loved our breakfast and dinner very much. Excellent, healthy and plenty of food!!! We highly recommend it!

Very good

Nice hotel in a good location

We got a free upgrade on arrival from a regular double room up to a lux with our own jacuzzi on the terrace. That was amazing! The room was clean. Dinner was 7/10, breakfast 9/10 SPA 6/10

The only downside was thar we asked for a double bed when we made a reservation but received 2 single ones, which was quite uncomfortable for us as a couple.

Superb

Fab hotel

Apart from the older gent on reception who was quite offish the rest of the staff from reception to restaurant to cleaner were all lovely. Fab looking hotel. We were there due to its close proximity to the hosp so didn't used facilities.

Older man on reception. Didn't acknowledge you when stood at reception. Asked for some milk, you'd think I asked for his 1st born.

Great stay and exceptional friendly staff

The food was great and a big variety. The room was clean but not exceptional clean. We had some ants but maybe they came from outside (not many). The staff was friendly and the value was great

We had a room close to the elevator. Every time someone called the elevator or selected a floor there was a beep. This was disturbing especially at night
