The rooms are clean and have all necessary amenities, the breakfast area is beautiful, and the beds are comfortable. There are some minor issues with hot water and a faint smell in one room. Overall, it is a good value hotel.

I was traveling with children and requested a joining room at booking was told my rooms would be joined and they were not. They were not even directly next to each other.

Exceptional

Wonderful stay!

The Inn was very nice and the staff was exceptional! Very kind and friendly. Breakfast was top notch, and Michael, the gentleman working the the Breakfast Room, was amazing. We really enjoyed visiting with him. He was very informative about the Flaggstaff area. We will definitely come back when we are in town. Thank you for such a relaxing mini vacation.

Loved everything! There was nothing we didn't like. Keep up the great work.

Very quite and comfy and clean. The breakfast was yummy and wish we had time to check out the pool

The room was a bit small and kind of hard to get ready in with others. There was three of us and the way its shaped to use bathroom and stand in mirror there is very little room

Disappointing

Staff was friendly and made the stay. Room was not very clean and the noise from the train was very loud.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Train noise was very loud. Beds were not comfortable.Didnt seem very clean ( dirty walls in the bathroom, hair and the pillows did not smell like they had clean linens. For the price of the room I expected more

Superb

Good sleep, nice warm pool and hottub and nice breakfast.

Breakfast was good, bacon was too dry, but biscuits and gravy good. Grandkids loved making and eating the pancakes. The breakfast room and pool are not attached to the hotel which was okay fir us as weather was great but would be mire of a hassle in snowing or raining conditions.

Bathroom door is a sliding door which did not have a lock. Doesn't really bother me but my granddaughter did NOT like it.
