Superb

Fantastic Hotel! Superb location!

The hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the middle of everything. The hotel was extremely nice and clean and had everything that was needed for our stay.

If I have a complaint, it would have to be the breakfast sausages and the orange juice. Everyone that was at breakfast that particular morning complained about how salty the sausages were and the orange juice tasting "strange". Please fix this ASAP!

I love the location of the hotel. It's right off the main street, surrounded by casinos and restaurants. I like that you have a balcony to get fresh air and you can sip your daiquiri from next door.

The pillows aren't the best quality. They aren't full enough and go flat quickly. The mattress was a bit hard. The drawers were off track, causing them to slide out. We had to put tissue in the corners to keep them closed. Other than those few things, it was a good stay.

We enjoyed the room and being able to walk to the Hardrock which is why we were there.

The room was really nice and the beds were really comfortable.

For the most part it was plensent.

The gentleman who helped when I first arrived. Very helpful. Ice machine on the floor. Breakfast.

The location or comfort of the bed. Bacon not being part of breakfast.

The rooms needs updated. the entrance doors needs replacing. You need to remove carpet

They will be our choice when back in the area

excellent breakfast a great variety of food etc. Orange juice was the best ever and we are from Florida.

TV left a little bit of a issue but staff said they would take care of upon our checking out

Breakfast was Awesome !! Staff was Great and hotel was Great.

Couldnt book for next year for Cruising the Coast. Was told not a regular customer for that time so could not book. Just got the room because someone had canceled.
