The facilities were beautifull and decorated lovely for Xmas they even let us check out a hour later x

Fabulous stay, super warm and cosy hotel. Bar small but cute!

The staff couldn't be more friendly. Alex on reception was super helpful and knowledgeable. Enjoyed our chats. They let me check in at 10.30am on 29/12/23 as the rooms were not used due to being closed over Christmas, so I was delighted with this. I requested a single room just for me, and I got a huge triple room which was lovely and warm with ample space. Gorgeous

The staff were very helpful, friendly and happy which gave the hotel a really great atmosphere.

Staff were great, really helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The decor and bathroom could do with a refresh but overall it was as expected. The front of the hotel outside needs smartening up. It was a bit off putting on arrival.

Superb

Very tidy and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and had all I needed for a night's stay. Private parking area and breakfast served to table were both plus points. Great location for a short walk into the city centre.
