Passable

I it was comfortable enough, but it was a little rundown. Could use a variety of upgrades. The access was cumbersome from the highway.

Superb

It was good, could have been better if the room was cleaned properly.

Location was good, close to everything we need for the night.

There were opened/used soap bars in the bathroom shower and sink.

We stayed at 3 hotels on our trip to Colorado, even a "more stars/upper-class" hotel in Grand Junction and this hotel had a bigger, cleaner room with a better shower with more water pressure and a more comfortable bed and pillows!! This hotel will become our go-to hotel when we need to stay in junction.

Nobody likes to be screwed. I'll stay away from Booking.com and tell everyone I know to beware.

On September 18 I booked a room (non refundable ) for what I thought was September 19 but when I got the confirmation it was for October 19. I immediately contacted both Booking.com and the motel bot was told I couldn't get my money back. Hope you enjoyed my $120.34 because I sure didn't.

Superb

At first sight it looked a little older and small, but it was surprisingly very clean and nice.

Breakfast was nice. One of the better breakfasts at hotels we've stayed at.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Good

Decent hotel with friendly staff.

This staff was friendly and the rooms were adequate. This hotel had a courtyard which was nice.

The area was very commercial and traffic was htabby. I prefer to be in areas where I can safely walk to restaurants or shopping.

Comfortable and near our event

Repeat guest as the location is perfect for us and breakfast is very nice. Accessible room (s) seem to be constantly booked - could use more. Thank you for the luggage carts. Pool and hot tub are nice.
