Beautiful place- perfect in every way!

Love the warm welcome from staff - and the free amenities including a bottle of Bernardus wine in the room! Very comfortable beds. Love the space in the room and the outdoor views while strolling the property even on a chilly rainy winter day.

Beautiful, idyllic, the perfect get away for an end of summer celebration!

I had a facial with Raquel and she was wonderful. THANK YOU for some much needed pampering. Also, the rest of your staff-front desk, bartender, hostess, cleaning crew were all friendly and helpful as we navigated being there for the first time. Also loved the noon check out time and not feeling rushed

When we first arrived, there was a noisy crew of kids above us. They left at 6 that evening so all is well but it was a bit disconcerting to walk into this beautiful room and hear kids on scooters up above us.

Maybe extend the hours for the spa, especially access to the steam room.

Rooms are very nice and the deco makes you feel very comfortable

Staff needs serious training on how to make guests feel welcomed and listened to, they do practice passive aggressive behavioral, at reception, restaurant and breakfast have been unable to attend our requests which would have been perfectly reasonable and normal in any other hotel, so very disappointed

Really enjoyed it, will return but eat at the bar.

The absolute quality of everything. It was so friendly and so comfortable. The room was great, nice touches, the cheese, Barnabus wine and drinks in room. Nice lawn area, putting fun but not Green standard; after a wine or two didnt seem to matter. Henry in Lucia restaurant is a gem. Wine cellar lovely, serious wine list, do ask for the non standard list. The gardens are pretty special especially the vegetable garden.

The food in the Lucia restaurant was pretty average. We shared a Caesar salad which was pretty under dressed, under parmesaned and under anchovied. Julies chicken was underwhelming. I had the ravioli which was excellent. The crme bruleee custard was over cooked to a solid mass and the vanilla seeds hadnt been mixed in much. Given the excellence of everything else the food was average.
