Superb

Fantastic little getaway

I stayed in the Courtyard a nice self contained flat, it had everything you could want and more. There was a selection of cereal, yogurts, pastries. Milk, Orange Juice, water and selection of fresh fruit. All you would need for a light breakfast. There was also wine red and white. The flat had a super comfy bed and a little sofa. There was also a dining set and chest of drawers. It is right next to the beach possibly 30 steps away and near the main street where there's shops, takeaways, cafes. Great shower and toilet, tiled throughout. David the host surprised me with a card and a bottle of fizz on Christmas Day and I could tell he goes above and beyond for his guests..thank you so much for your kind gift.

The only real thing that would make this outstanding is perhaps some thicker curtains to make it dark at bedtime.

Highly recommended

Terrific value for money, great location. Helpful and friendly host. Facilities in the room were excellent.

Fresh fruit wasn't fresh but otherwise I couldn't fault anything in my stay.

The location is just in the city centre and beside the seashore. The breakfast is also very nice.

Just one case, I didn't find the wifi that from the room info letter, and in the Courtyard room the signal is weak, so it caused a little inconvenience.

Fantastico !

What can we say - exceptional room - great facilities incl view and location (esp for the Bay fish n chip shop). Great tea, coffee, milk and more than sufficient breakfast (with option to bring in/ microwave your own) - already planning our next stay. THANKS for a lovely weekend/ night !

A minor point but maybe a washing up bowl to rinse cups/ cutlery ?
