all good

We are staying for 1 night our room come with no breakfast, so nothing much to say as we do not know how to tell or elaborate more. Kids are happy, though.

our varanda was facing the neighbours (your guests) in front of us. Sometimes, when we opened the curtain, we saw our neighbours shirtless or barely wear anything. not so good for our children's eyes.

Quite old property. Room not clean. Equipment like microwave, plate etc not provided. TV is not working n old version. Expensive.

Alternative option for non-expensive staycation hotel with water park.

Early check-in, friendly staff, comfortable room, fast elevator, very close to water park, close to cities and other landmarks.

Overall cleanliness issues surround the hotel, no wifi in the room (temporarily broke down), low pressure water in the bathroom.

We just stayed for a day. nothing much to say. Kids were happy.

the apartment is big/comfortable enough for us. Kids were happy to go and play at the pool. we have chosen for no breakfast so, we cant comment on it.

the iron board stand was lose so we have to carefully adjust it. the iron was also an old iron (you should change to steamed iron instead). there is no microwave in the kitchen so we could not heat our food.

The waterpark is great for kids. Check in and out was fast. Staff was helpful when I asked for a change of room due to the bedding requirement as stated in my booking.

Not much variety of food during breakfast. Staying for 4 nights does make me 'jelak' with the breakfast. On weekend, the crowd is just too enormous such that the banquet team was unable to cope during breakfast. Looks in the rooms does not change much since more than 5 years ago. Need to spruce up the ambeince in the rooms and make it look vibrant instead of dull.
