Disappointing

I was sorely disappointed of our stay.

I was great full to have a place to lay my head.

There wasnt any breakfast the first morning and we left, I guess to early the second morning, so we never got any that day. The room wasnt clean, in fact the owner said; think its clean. Spider webs, dust bunnies all over the flat. Walking back to our flat we had to avoid dog poop on the back walkway.

The room was very comfortable, the owner was very friendly and cooked a very nice breakfast. We both really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Best B & B in Dorchester by far

The Bay Tree House is like a home from home. The rooms are immaculately furnished and clean. Gary provides you with a friendly welcome and takes your breakfast order. The breakfast itself is excellent - whatever you want, it's there. Gary is around for some great breakfast chat too. A little tip - the parking on the street that the Bay Tree is on, is free and unlimited at the weekends from 4.30pm on Fri until 8.30am on Monday.

Good stay.

Whenever I travel to Dorset, this is my go-to place to stay. My room was spacious and clean. The owners are very welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. The cooked breakfast was, as always, excellent.

Nothing really. After nearly ten years, it's still one of the best values in Dorchester.
