Perfect stay

We stayed in room 4 ( Rowan). Clean, comfortable and beautifully warm. Quality bed linen and towels and tasteful decor. Breakfast was cooked to order and well presented, many choices plus a buffet also. We received a very warm welcome from Lee who was on hand for anything we required. Only a short stroll along the seafront into the town and with private parking at the back of the hotel made this a perfect stay for us . We both slept very well and with the window open you could hear the waves hitting the shore which was very therapeutic. We would definitely recommend The Bay Tree to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the iconic seaside town of Broadstairs.

Great place to stay.

The property was well furnished and decorated, clean and welcoming. Close to local shops and restaurants. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. There was plenty of choice for breakfast.
