It exceeded my high expectations.

The location, the history, the well appointed rooms, excellent food and service. Whats not to like? Close to great museums and the Stockholm opera.

Like most of Stockholm, cash is difficult to use.

The only downside was the room wasnt ventilated very well. I should have chosen one with a window.

I liked the inclusive and plentiful breakfast , I liked the fact that the reception staff cared and the very pleasant ambience of the hotel. The fact that the very impressive Metro station was 50 meters away, in fact everything was close by

There was a glitch inasmuch as the room was not made despite the large signage on the door...it was put right quite pronto

My room was too small and it didnt even have a desk to put a laptop on, in case one needed to. I didnt have to work from the room in this case, but it would have to be from the bed if I did..
