Bally's Lake Tahoe Casino Resort is conveniently located within walking distance of the gondola and state line restaurants. The pool/hot tub is nicer than other hotels in the area, but the overall am (Read More)biance of the hotel is bland. The check-in process was easy and the rooms were clean and spacious, although one guest experienced a tobacco smell and saw flies in their room. The hotel offers a casino and the rooms are described as nice and cozy.

The pool and location

The rooms werent ready at checkin. Several of us had to wait a few hours after checkin time to get our room. There was also only one person delivering bags, and we arrived on Dec 26th, so it was busy. Most the staff was nice though.

Very poor

Not enough air in the room and it was hard to sleep and stay. no room service provided used to be better I remember. Had really bad experience at this time.

Nice facility in a great location. Better for families than you would expect in a casino.

Our room had an amazing view! We were in room 25. I think 25, 27, 29, etc. probably all have great mountain views. I would recommend requesting one of those. Also, the Gym was convenient and hardly used. Nice pool and spa too...though I didn't use those. Location was amazing. Overall was very quiet for a casino. Parking was included and convenient.

Bed an pillows could have been a bit more comfortable. Had Starbucks coffee but no full Starbucks.

Large room, well maintained and good location

The Lakeview room has a beautiful sunset view. The staff is really nice.

I dont like that theres still smoking allowed inside because everything smells when you walk through the lobby. I dont like that they started to charge for parking.

Property needs customer service help in multiple areas

I stay here quite often. I was rudely told a 25.00 early check in fee could be applied if I want an early check in or wait a hour by an elderly rude lady missing her front teeth . I asked for my bags to be checked . Upon returning a hour later to check in the bell boy handed me my bags and with that a piece of my clothing that was originally packed in my bag ? After I approached the front desk with this they seemed to not care or believe me ? Or try to fix the situation ? We upgraded our room to find out the shower handle was half broken and hot water not really working . Proceeded to make a sports bet at the sports table area were a young man was on his phone ignoring me then let two other customers cut in front of me before I approached him to redeem winning ticket after seeing the amount the rude young man asked for a tip from my winnings ?
