A small mouse, a dead cockroach, dog poo near the pool This place needs to be closed!!!!!!

Renovating accommodations does not make them clean. I noticed on the first night: something was strange and smelled strange in that place, but visually it seemed clean and good. There were three doors: A main one that opened onto a corridor. In this corridor there were 2 doors: the bedroom (labeled as Wood) and the living room (labeled as Earth) with an equipped kitchen. We arrived around 4PM and so far, everything seemed fine. On the second night, my husband heard a strange noise in the kitchen, something that sounded like an animal, but he couldn't identify it. The closets smelled old and recently pest-treated, but even so, it was still full of mosquitoes. My disgust started to increase when I saw the floor below the refrigerator. I thought to myself: Its better not to look further. However, things started to unfold, and to increase the unpleasantness, I saw dog feces at the garden and at the area around the swimming pool. There were 2 dogs living there, ok, but they were in urgent need of bathing and care. The edges of the pool at the level where the water touches the walls looked somehow dirty. Just the smell of chlorine made me feel that perhaps there would be no risk of contamination from bathing in those waters. The third and final night was fatal though! We were sitting looking at our emails at the table in the living room next to the kitchen. Suddenly, my husband says: Look over there! It was a mouse that had just crawled across the living room dresser and hid under the refrigerator!!!!! I said: Oh no!!! I cant believe it!, I felt so disgusted and wanted to call the man who did the checkin for us immediately (he doesn't stay there overnight, and there wasn't really an active reception but an empty desk). My husband said that we would leave the next day, and that calling the man wouldn't change anything then. Then, I closed the two doors that connected the hallway, but even so, I couldn't sleep that night.

Enchanted villas with lack of cleanliness

Very beautiful residences nicely aligned around two pool. Staff was very friendly, we could wash and dry our clothes for free and had the whole place to ourselves. Very spacious villa aswell with super nice jaccuzzi

It wasnt very clean. We had hairs in one bathroom and gekko or mouse poop in the other. The fridge hadnt been cleaned since the last person and some of the closets were also to dirty to use. Tv was so old it didnt even have an hdmi input and tv was unplugged aswell

Staff were amazing. They couldnt have helped us more.

Not a big issue but light switches were in odd places. Would benefit from some usb sockets in the rooms.

A little piece of tranquil Thailand

A quiet little oasis, very laid back and relaxing place to unwind. Staff and owner are super friendly and helpful. If staying near the airport this is the best place I have found in over 17 years of coming to Phuket Your own transportation is essential in Phuket and the resort is a short ride/drive from the fabulous Nai Harn beach, restaurants, bars and local market. It's like staying with family, very enjoyable and hospitable. Thank you

The property is undergoing some minor refurbishment work which is a good sign that the owner wants an even better resort. A few things need to be repaired and replaced, for example there was no dousch wash in the toilet. However these are small things that did not detract from a wonderful stay.
