We really enjoyed our stay over the new year; the hosts were really welcoming and even dried out our boots for us after each soggy days hiking! The bedroom was nice and warm with comfortable beds and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. Also the full English breakfast we had both mornings was lovely. Great location and only a short walk into town too. Would definitely recommend.

the breakfast was well above average presented well tasted great no complaints at all, the location for town centre was great 5 mins walk ,no problem getting parked, the staff were nice and friendly and helpful, would recommend to anyone .

Friendly, cosy and great location

All the little details were remembered, breakfast was fantastic and the hosts lovely.

Nothing we didnt like. We had a burst pipe but that couldnt be helped and it was sorted right away.

Quick overnight stay

Great location for walking into Keswick. On street parking, we arrived late so was a little limited for a large car. Our stay was very brief, as had to leave super early the next morning for a planned walk, so didnt get to sample breakfast. However owners left out some milk, juice and bread for us to help ourselves. Good value for money.

Parking could be an issue at busy times.

Everything, Paul and Carol were excellent hosts room clean tidy, breakfast really good and all of it was hot, real coffee as well, accommodating in that the offer to change rooms was made because of my disability to make it easier for me, all in all a great place, willbgo again.

Fab B and B

Lovely warm welcome from Paul.Our room overlooked the river and mountains.Huge comfy bed and great location as just short walk into town. Carol cooked a fab brekky and nothing was too much trouble.My fella even had a candle in his breakfast this morning for his birthday.Thanks for a lovely stay.

Really surprised how much we enjoyed our short stay.

For a last minute booking we were really impressed. Breakfast great, bedroom great, host made us feel welcome. We got the last room which was a shared bathroom a pity but it wasn't too much trouble since it was only for one night and wouldn't put us off going back for more than one night.

Friendly B&B in a good spot.

Great B&B in an excellent position close to Keswick town centre . Comfortable well appointed room, very warm and cosy on cold november nights. Plentiful full English breakfast and very friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing much, bi-fold door on the en-suite was a bit wobbly.

Amazing location near the centre and opposite a lovely park. Paul was extremely helpful with many suggestions on where to visit during our stay and also cooked an amazing breakfast!
