Staff was very nice

Rooms were badly outdated and need of updating. No gift shop or place to buy incidentals.... aspirin, sunglasses, sunscreen etc Rediculous prices for everything. $50 a day to park. GEESH

Price is decent for location but too many cons

I liked that it was next to the Ocean.

The walls were like cardboard. Construction and the other guests were easily audible. I was there two days without AC so it was not a very comfortable stay. I was wondering why it was so humid and warm in the room. The bathroom sink was backed up and it was very hard for water to be drained.

The facilities in the bed was comfortable. The view was great.

It was only one elevator available in your the cost per night was pretty high for families coming to stay for events. Think you wouldve made more if the rate was lower for guests needing two or more rooms. Was never able to get in touch with them your rate manager.

Located right at the beach. The hotel let us use the beach hours before we checked in.

We had fun but will not stay here again.

Good location and was attractive

Not enough personnel for vale parking - if that type parking is required then there should be better service. Twice we had to ask for coffee, creamer and towels. One day our room didnt get cleaned so no towels again. Only one elevator working and had to wait a long time to get to where we needed to be.

Ok for the value, but probably won't stay again.

The lobby was nice and had restaurants and bars so it was nice to have all together

They didn't give an option for self parking. It was a mandatory $50 parking. Carpet down hallways looked kind of old and could use replacing. Rooms looked cheaply renovated.

Nice hotel but better for adults than families.

Food and staff were nice. Location on the beach is nice.

It is more for adults than families/kids. We were kicked out of the warmer pool which was better for little kids multiple times for an adult mermaid show. This was truly an adult air but was visible through darker glass in the lobby so we had to leave the lobby area as well.
