Convenient & comfortable enough.

The location was very central and we were able to walk to and from places with ease. The train station was a 5 minute walk which was convenient. The large majority of the staff, especially the cleaning and hospitality staff were really pleasant and friendly.

The breakfast is highly overpriced for what you get if you pay at the property - I would not recommend. When checking in, the staff didnt go over simple things such as, where the dining room was, how much breakfast was & when I asked about recommendations to eat, visit etc. I was given a map which was a little disappointing. It wouldve been nice to hear some recommendations. The noise from other rooms at times was a lot. However, when I addressed this with the reception staff they were really quick at addressing the issue with the upstairs party.

Very good

The family sharing room setup. Nice adjoining rooms sharing a common private hallway. Clean comfortable beds walking distance to the train station and to Lake Geneva. Great location as a base camp.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel for the ambience, wonderful staff and great location.

Very comfortable and warm. All staff very friendly and helpful. Smelt lovely. Would definitely stay again. Cannot fault at all.

Average quality for Geneva.

The location is just perfect as you are few minutes walk from the train station and in front of the tram stop. The UN district, Paquis, the lake and the centre an easy walk away. Rooms with kitchenette a big plus.

The property is getting old and needs some restyiling. Wooden furniture is old and ruined. Room service extremely slow, like one hour for a sandwich. Not the service and confort of a 4 star
