Over and exceed the expectation in all aspects

Excellent location. Just beside the River and in front of the mountain. Thank you for all the service to our family. A special thanks to Jayesh and Vinod for fulfilling all the requests. Although I have suggested to include some north indian items in breakfast spread.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS BAD AT THIS RESORT.

BREAKFAST IS GOOD. LOCATION IS OKAY.

STAFF DISCONNECTED THE AIR CONDITIONER CONNECTION 45 MINUTES BEFORE THE CHECK OUT TIME. WATER LINES ARE CLOGGED FULLY AT THE TOILET. GIVEN SINGLE ROOM, INSTEAD OF THE ALLOCATED DOUBLE ROOM.

One broken small glass piece was inside the room which caused injury to my feet. Had informed the manager. They charge G

Nothing great.

Room was ready only by 5pm. For hot water / geyser switch is not in the room. We have to call them to switch it on. Left early morning 6.30am. Staff didnt get up by that time to switch on the geyser. Pathetic !

A very good place to stay.

Very near to the falls. Ample carparking space. In the night the lightings and ambiance is exceptional. The manager Mr.Shekar was so accommodative and caring. Though we started by 6AM, he provided us hot tea and it was very good. Nice place.

The approach road to the property for 100Mts is very narrow.

The location.situated in a serene and silent area

The Manager Mr Mohan was very helpful on the first day. Since we had booked through booking.com we expected the services to be top notch. However, the services were not upto the mark.In the evening around seven O clock we asked for tea. It was refused saying they are busy with preparing dinner. Only one towel and soap were kept in double occupancy room. In the bathroom used soap was left. Trash can is placed in the bathroom.Next day when we ordered hot tea/water,the Manager said he is sending a person to take down the order,but never turned up. When we pointed out the deficiency, he was always blaming his staff saying none stays with the resort for too long. To sum up, we were not satisfied.
