The Aqua Vista Resort offers clean and spacious rooms with a large balcony, although some had no ocean views. The location is ideal, with a great coffee shop nearby and only a short walk to the beach (Read More). The three-bedroom apartment on level 7 had a nice ocean view and refreshing breeze, making the air conditioning unnecessary. The gym, while small, had enough equipment. Overall, it is highly recommended.

Place itself was lovely but cleanliness let it down as did the bed. Staff experience was low.

Location was good, couches were great and the pool and outside area

Shower not cleaned and used face washer and soap left in master bedroom. Wet towels left in the washing machine from cleaner/previous visitors and master bed being two beds joined was very uncomfortable. Spoke to man at counter about cleanliness of room, brushed off and never heard anything further. Lady working counter yelled at my kid for going to touch the glass water feature in entrance.

Good location

The room was not the room we paid for the balcony door has broken lock and air conditioner not working when we mentioned yes we know I feel that this should have been mentioned to us as we were good enough to take this room when the room we booked and paid for at least a month before was suddenly not available

Overall we enjoyed our stay

Apartment was spacious, nice balcony and sea view. Close to all restaurants and cafes. Bed was comfy. Close the the beach.

Smell from bathroom open trap in the floor was bad, made the whole apartment smell. Crockery was not clean. Sofas not comfortable.

Definitely being going back to Cotton Tree with a plan to also stay at Aqua Vista

Excellent location, great views, good service. Terrific location for nearby shopping centre where everything you need is located - all within easy walking distance. Cotton Tree is a Hidden Gem!

10/10 recommend for groups of friends or families

Staff were friendly and always helpful. Fantastic location and walking distance to many great restaurants, beaches and nightlife.

Rollers on the single beds and mattresses could be slightly comfier.

Overall it was a lovely apartment with fabulous water view. The stay was really comfortable and 5 mins walk to the beach

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with great water views, lovely layout and fully equipped. TV in each room but foxtel only on main TV in the lounge room. Heated pool and spa were great.

Shower head in the master bedroom was not working well. Both bedrooms did not have foxtel.
