Miguel was very helpful with choosing which activities to go to and help us to go there!

The location was amazing, the staff was very helpful and extremely kind!

It was a bit small, but that was clear up front so not unexpected

Everything!!!! Went during the new year period, three consistent people that work in the reception They are so sweet, and made me feel safe as a young woman that was travelling alone. Very hospitable staff Location - amazing. Near everything Hotel room - cute and cosy, good sound proofing did not hear a sound especially as I was travelling during the new year period Safety - very very safe, especially as a woman. I will defo come back one day

All you need for a 3/5 days short stay in Lisbon City Center

No frills, good services and location, location, location.

Anjo Azul is all fine if you want a short staying in Lisbon City Center.

Superb

Great value and location

Location is great. Walk to many attractions or to public transportation. You are in a very vibrant neighbourhood with so many bars and restaurants but a block away from the noise. The room (104) had a small patio to sit outside or even just to open the door to let in some fresh air. Small fridge if you want to keep any cold drinks or snacks. Rooms are kept very clean. Staff was very friendly. Miguel was exceptionally helpful with sightseeing tips.

The hotel does not serve breakfast but there are so many cafs around to try that it isn't really an issue.

Friendly staff and a good location

Superfriendly staff and they speak English very well. The location is great, even though you have to walk many stairs or uphill road to get there - as everywhere in Lisbon. It's a good place to stay, if you don't want to pay much for your nights. They have also an airconditioning machine.

The walls are paperthin so you can hear everything from the reception. Everyone doesn't like that you have to give your keyes to workers, when you go out, but that was okay for me.

A little home away from home!

This wonderful little place is almost like home away from home. Youll be well looked after by Miguel, Elena and another lady whose name i have forgotten. They make you feel at home and safe. They are always ready to recommend a cafe, restaurant or directions. I discovered a great local restaurant, thanks to them. I explained that I could not managed stairs and they allocated a room on the GF for me. The rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel manager, Luis is extremely prompt in replying messages and I have just been very impressed by all of them. Dont hesitate to stay here. It is not a 5-star property but you surely get treated like youre staying at a 5-star. On my last night, I received a handwritten thank you note from Miguel. These things to me, are very special and it just goes to show they care and make time for their guests. So, thank you to all of you at Anjo Azul who made my stay in Lisbon very memorable.

Just maybe the Bolt Car Service pick-up is down the road. But Uber pickup is almost at the doorstep.

Very good

Great location, lovely staff. Check room WiFi

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Location is great. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Can walk to most areas or catch the tram nearby. Felt very safe to walk alone at night.

The WiFi in the upper rooms was not good and I had to change room twice to get good WiFi. Luckily they could do this as I had to work during my trip. Best to check room WiFi first if you need a good signal for work.
