This Andaz Napa hotel is highly recommended for its friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, and complimentary amenities such as wine, water bottles, and snacks. The location is great for walking to s (Read More)hopping, bars, restaurants, and wineries. The rooms are comfortable and well-lit, and some minor maintenance issues did not affect the overall stay. The breakfast restaurant offers locally sourced ingredients. The staff provides excellent customer service and guests feel welcomed and cared for.

Lovely, friendly staff but extremely overpriced - not the luxurious experience I was expecting

It was a lovely property but for the outrageous price I had high expectations. It was a standard hotel, nothing special - which I expected for $500/night.

Definitely not worth the price - just a standard hotel.

Observe if your room is clean

The bed was super comfy.

Ive emailed (no response) , chatted with the employees about what happened in my room and all I got was a bandaid. The issue should have been resolved a lot better.

From the moment we drove up we were greeted with friendly staff; Keith is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Loved the terrace bar on the second floor. Room was luxurious and comfortable. Location is great.

Could have had better toilet paper for the price of this hotel.

Sprayed flowery fragrance in lobby and restaurant was bad Hallways & elevator are dark and uninviting Slow to get hot water to 5th floor

It was a very enjoyable stay and we will likely return to this hotel again.

Great room: nice king-sized bed; a double-sided gas fireplace (in both the living space and the bedroom); a soaking tub in the bedroom just outside the bathroom; bathroom was well-stocked, had nice fixtures, was quite large, and had a large shower with several different shower heads; the living space had a coffee maker (a Kurig I think, I don't drink coffee, so didn't take note) and a fridge for holding our leftovers from all the amazing restaurants in the area. The staff greeted us with a welcome bag and a glass of rose for each of us, which was a lovely touch. The musical entertainments by Jacob Philip Benning was incredible and he really had the crowd going with his great selection of tunes that he sang.

I thought they kind of missed the boat as far as the in-room tub went; it should've had jets and bubble bath, in my opinion. The only other thing was, I thought the fireplace could've used a way to adjust the temperature, but I could only find an on/off switch.
