Superb

Bentleyville with an El Savador exchange student.

Very clean, updated hotel. Our suite was perfect for our family. Dog friendly. Breakfast was great, the hostesses was very sweet and attentive.

Chlorine way high in pool, burns. Suite had no view, just equipment on roof. Suites should have some priority views.

Worst hotel experience EVER

Beds were good

The staff was absolutely horrible, the lady working was so rude to everyone there, the pool and hot tub had way to much chlorine in them, I had asked to see records of the levels, I had two children that were in the pool area for 15 minutes and they were coughing so bad cause the string chemicals in there they started throwing up, I watched a group of other kids come out of the room while I was discussing the issue with staff and they stood outside the door coughing and trying to catch their breath. There was a group of people there for tournaments that were trying to hang out in the common area and the staff called the cops on them to make them go to their rooms, its was only 8:30pm at this point and in no way were they being loud or disturbing at all. I have never seen such bad customer service nor such a rude worker in my life, I would never return to this place

The shower head was lovely! The spread of breakfast options in the morning was exceptional! I needed to check in early and the staff got my room ready fast and it was appreciated! Cozy lobby was wonderful.

Price was alright for the accommodations.

Amazing staff and property amenities.

I loved the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room, bed was very comfortable! Brought a pet, and was given all the information needed per their policies. Breakfast was great, pool and spa hours were awesome! (Love the adult time only as well)

The pillows on the bed were the same size as couch pillows, next time would request more pillows! But didnt bother me for the one night stay!

The location was great, and the room was quite clean. Plenty of places to set luggage on. Nice shower. The water drained well.

Better tv channels. Would prefer to look at the tv straight on, instead of being on the left side of the bed, but it wasnt that big of a deal. We are not coffee drinkers, but if we were, there was no coffee pot in the room.

Everything! This is the only hotel I will stay at when I come home for visits. This time I got there early & the staff got me into my room well before check in. I was more than thankful for their excellent & kind customer service.

Expensive, but nice room with a good breakfast.

Good breakfast, comfortable bed, extremely fantastic customer service at check in. She was so friendly and kind. All of the staff we interacted with were very nice.

The hot tub wasn't nearly as clean as it should have been, I pulled out hair and other stuff from the tub before I filled it. It should have been clean, it's one of the main features of the room!
