Superb

Highly recommend for great views and food

Beautiful hotel, excellent buffet selection (especially the seafood night), great views!! I would recommend this resort to anyone who doesnt want to leave their location they have everything you need and multiple areas to enjoy the view. Great for couples and families. The cocktails by the beach were excellent. The front desk was very kind and accommodating. You are able to take a bus into town from the hotel or book day trips.

The spa was disappointing. I went for a deep cleansing facial and the lady put tinted moisturizer on my face and pretended that she did such an amazing job. I dont wear makeup so this was quite annoying when the purpose of my visit was for a deep clean. The massage was not great either. The ladies were kind but I regret going. The entertainment had good energy for kids but was too loud and harmful to the hearing of the kids they called to come to the stage. I requested them to lower the volume but was disregarded multiple times over our two week stay. Also one of the French guys who did entertainment was very rude when we asked to turn down the volume.

Amazing stay at the end of season. Staff was vert good - we have got an upgraded room and it was available 4 hours earlier than check-in, so our vacation started early. It had amazing view from room and good choice of food. Nature around was big plus as we have enjoyed plenty of walks as well as visited all 4 beaches nearby.

Would I stay at the Peninsula Resort again? NO

The meals had a good variety of healthy choices. In general most of the foods were tasty.

When I checked into my room around 7:00 pm I noticed the patio door was left open. My room had a constant problem with bugs. Not good! The bathroom had no counter space or electrical outlets. Very odd! On the night I checked in the music from the dance floor was so loud in my room that I could clearly hear all the lyrics & base to every song. Not cool because it lasted until midnight. I had been traveling all day & was tired. Not a good first impression!

A good all inclusive relaxing holiday

The location and views are amazing. Staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Food was varied and well presented at every meal. We got an upgrade to a seaview room, which was lovely! Seawater pool is very nice, as is the concrete platform near the sea.

Being on an all-inclusive basis, I feel that drinks should be available free of charge also at the platform area, as well as the seawater pool. It is very annoying that this is not provided. The French entertainment is also too loud and other nationalities feel excluded. The alcoholic drinks and cocktails should be improved quality wise. There was a huge difference between the all inclusive gin and tonic, and the upgraded one which one has to pay for. If you enjoy walking, this place is very hilly, so it might not be ideal.
